Open End
Open-End Leasing is a form of vehicle fleet financing where the lessee is responsible for the difference between the selling price and the residual value of each vehicle at the end of the lease. This difference is commonly referred to as gain or loss. Its benefits include:.
- No replacement term. The client decides when to remove the vehicle from service according to their needs (does not affect the replacement policy).
- The client or lessee knows how the lease is constructed transparently and is clearly stipulated in the contract.
